Error Codes
EC12 - Stop Position Error
Solution - Turn the main shaft wheel to 100 degree or Press the 100 icon in the control panel and confirm.
EC13 - Frame Over Limit
Solution - Because the parameters "Set Frame Protection" has been set and it is over the set range at moving the frame, user can release this parameter according to the situation.
EC14 - Control Memory Lost
EC16 - Step Motor Error
Solution -
1- Check whether the frame is blocked
2- Make sure the frame motor is OK.
3- Exam whether the drive is damage.
4- Re Power the machine.
EC17 - Change clr Overtime.
Solution -
1- Check whether the color-changing is rotating
2- If it can rotate, please check the color changing rheostat, and the connection between that rheostat and color change motor.
EC18 - Half Return Error.
Solution-
1- Use Color Changing wheel to correct the position of the needle.
2- Check whether the color change motor is damage
EC21 - Change Clr Over Limit
Solution - Check whether the color-changing rheostat is damaged and the whether the setting of "needles" is right.
EC22 - Main Motor Reverse
Solution - Check the 14P Plug on the main shaft motor encoder is loose or the rheostat is damage.
EC23 - Can not Embroider
EC24- Can not Frame Back
EC26- Can not trim
Solution- Check whether it is due to mechanical reasons or knife return detection is broken.
EC37 - Pull Barr Error
EC38 - Spe Emb. Overtime
E41- File not Exist
Solution - Re-Perform the operation or perform the operation after re power or perform "Clear All Memory Designs"
EC42 - File Directory Full
Solution - Delete some designs.
EC43 - Memory Space Full
Solution - Delete some designs.
EC44 - File Fat Err
Solution - Re-Perform the operation or perform the operation after re power or Perform " Clear All Memory Designs"
EC45 - File Directory Error
Solution - Re-Perform the operation or perform the operation after re power or Perform " Clear All Memory Designs"
EC46 - Bad Disk Sectors
Solution - Replace disk.
EC95 - Thread is Broken, press key
EC101 - Transfer crc Error
Solution - Re Power the machine.
