5-2-1 Year Limited Warranty
COVERAGE This non-transferable limited warranty covers machine products, options and accessories sold in the United States of America by Redline Embroidery Machines.
Redline Embroidery Machines warrants that the covered machinery will be free of defects in material or workmanship during the warranty period described below. Redline Embroidery Machine will, at its option, repair or replace any machinery that is found to be defective during the warranty period. Warranty work must be performed by an authorized Redline Embroidery Machine technician. Warranty work to be performed on the 1501C processed at a Redline Embroidery Machine repair facility.
Warranty doesn't cover shipping or travel expenses
WARRANTY PERIOD
Redline Embroidery Machines limited warranty applies for the period specified below. The warranty period begins on the date of shipment as indicated on the packing slip or invoice.
1 Year coverage on all parts and labor. Warranty doesn't cover shipping expenses. All machines are repaired on Redline Embroidery Machines facility only.
2 Year coverage on all mechanical components. (No labor is included)
5 Main Motor. (No labor is included)
